Numerical/Serialized Dog tags

i see several posts about the price.
Im trying to get the ball rolling on these.
What would be a dealer breaker? These are going to be much cheaper than the solid copper ones previously offered.

I wouldn't mind one if my number was something I could relate to my Service number or something. My original dog tags were stolen a few years ago resulting from a burglary.

Do you have anything mocked up or put on paper at least to look at?
It would be hard to say what a deal breaker would be without some visual inputs.
