...try, try again, which I did, and so, this 13" bad boy is now mine.
Ah yes, I
love 13" of long, hard, slender, ummmmm, hey, what were YOU thinking about!
It really took some doing though, I don't mind telling you, had to scramble some quick cash, so naturally, I started dancing at Chippendales again... At first, all they threw at me were tomatoes, then spare change, but it adds up...

Yeah right, if you knew me, and pictured my less than rock-hard 6'8 375 lb body male stripping, well, it would be an image you wouldn't soon forget, though you would want to, oh, how you'd want so badly to
Don cautioned me to not get burned out on his bowies, I have gone a little Hanson crazy in the last few months, but, I told him that I don't get burned out on what I genuinely believe is the finest quality available, which I have come to believe is true of Don's work. I probably sound like a Hanson groupie lately, but I can't help it, I firmly believe Don is making some of the finest fixed blades out there, and I can't get enough of them, (or hadn't you noticed)

, and when I receive each new bowie, I am continually amazed at the workmanship, materials and style, so, yes, I am vocal about my newest "find" and new, favorite maker, but Don deserves it.
This will be the largest bowie I have ever owned, and it's hard to believe such a large bowie can look so sleek and "right". Since I just got a light tent, and can maybe, finally take some decent indoor pictures, I should have some good shots of it in a week or so. Can't wait, half the fun for me in acquiring a new knife is seeing how well I can photograph it. And, Don's bowies love the camera.
I really didn't think i'd end up with this one, but, I am a very persistant guy.
