A "Beep Beep" lottery is a popular type at this show. Basically the maker will have a knife on display with a price and you have to fill out a card with your name and phone number. At some point later in the day they will draw a name and call the winner and they can come pay for the knife.
 
Basically you win the right to buy the knife that everyone is going to ogle over.
If you win, you will be notified by text, hence the "beep beep".
 
Nice show, I am glad that I was able to attend.
No luck getting my hands on a Ti-Lock, but I did pick up a small Ohta integral friction folder for my brother to use as a letter opener (office/desk job).
