Hello:

I couldnt find reference to this material being used for blade handles in the search.

You guys seem to know everything though, so I thought I would ask... why not?

Are there special considerations when working the material? Is it even a suitable material for a handle?

it's tough as heck. I have some rod I use as a punch, try one and let me know how it works

Nylatron is nylon impregnated with a solid lube.If anything it would be a slippery material for handles. However nylon or nylon with glass fibers has been used for a handle for some years and that works fine ..

Ive done a couple handles with it sofar, I bought a sheet of it because of the neat grey and black pattern.

It feels pretty grippy, I was suprised to later find out it is a self lubricating plastic.

Are there any specific health concerns with Molybdenum Disulphide?

This stuff looks I have is a deep dark blue, and the molybdenum looks like quilted maple, it is gorgeous stuff!
