Just wanted to say thanks to all who have been buying their steel from me. I am posting this, also to say that my prices will go up on the 18th of this month. The price will average about a $3.50 increase per pc.

NWA, you have a peice of A2 in the form of 1/4 or 3/16ths thick, 1 or 2 inches (or therabouts) wide, and about 2 or 3 feet long?

3/16"x2"x36" A-2 $41.40 after the 17th of this month it will be $44.50
1/4"x2"x36" A-2 $49.50 after the 17th it will be $51.50

Nick, I need some 1/4" thick 01.
Kicker is I need a stick of it in 1/2", 3/4" and 1" wide by 36" long or so.
I don't have a way to cut it myself any more. I wouldn't mind paying extra for a cutting fee. Can you give me a cost on this package?

Cliff, we have been working on getting a price/spread sheet together and then the manufacturer raised our prices. So I am back at square one. So for now, if you have question about a size just send me a e-mail or call. I will be able to quote you in a matter of minutes. We were wanting to see if there was a trend in sizes purchased, but as it turns out, there is not, the requests are all over the board.

Michael, those sizes are no problem at all. They all come 36" lng. so that works out quite easy. As for the different widths, that also, is no problem. I'll post ya those prices in the morning.

Just a note, I've been buying steel from Nick for awhile and can't beat it. always arives in great shape and are good to do business with.

Yea. Steel prices are going up. Nothing else to say about it.

I've been buying from Nick, and its been a flawless experience.
 
just wanted to put in another vote for nick's steel...

all the steel that i have ordered has come very clean ground and smooth, straight and in good shape. quick shipping. nick is always very easy to deal with and takes care of you.

so thinking about ordering from nick, do it, you won't be disappointed.
