o so sweet

I recently ordered two o so sweet folders, one of the knives has a flipper that is at least 1/16 inch shorter than the other, side by side comparison it can be seen by the naked eye and the shorter one is considerably harder to open with my large hands, the other seems perfect, anyone explain the difference ?

I have two oso-sweets. Both are easily opened with the flipper. Maybe try loosening the pivot just a bit on the short flipper one. Just a thought.
