roll the bottles on the table to get it nice and cloudy by stirring all the yeast up ( that where the flavor is according to my German Auntie). If you haven't tried one you really should they are great.
I believe in the convention that you drink you beer according to the weather,
when it's cold , you should be drinking the heavier beers, When it 's hot you drink the lighter beers. That's why ice cold pilsner tastes so good on a hot day.
According to my german friend and auntie, ther you are either into Pill or Hells
( pilsner or hellis), personally I prefer Hellis I think, but that may be because I haven't had one in while.... If you haven't tried Hellis, do so , but to really a good taste of it , I think it has to come from a tap, I have never had a hellis from a bottle that tasted right.
