O1 Chopper - EDIT 6/24: finished pics added!

Thanks for all of the feedback! I'm going on a camping trip next week, so I'll get some action shots - and get a better handle on how the blade geometry (and heat treat) performs.

Right now I'm making a sheath for it, and also working on some designs for the next ones. I'll post a new thread for input and critique on the new designs when I have something good enough to share. I have 2 young sons (9 and 6), so my next 2 are going to be for them - a little smaller than this one!

Do you have an example of what you mean by the "dog leg" shape?
