one of palo santo wood scales and urunday screew covers (natural finish), other stabilized dyed maple burl and stabilized

Hi Aroldo,
Those are two very good looking knives. I especially like the screw plugs in the maple burl scales. I only have one suggestion which I learned during my boat building days. Usually the screw plugs are made of the same wood as the scales and the grain of the screw plugs should always be lined up with the grain of the scales. If the screw plugs are not made of the same wood, they are usually made of a highly contrasting wood - in this case maybe black ebony or rosewood. In any case, I sure like these knives.

I want the palo santo one! Its gorgeous... if only i could justify another chef knife right now.
