This knife is one of the biggest I make, overall length 15". The handle is slightly tapered & overall a great balance to hold. The blade shape allows for chopping, or regular cutting.

What else is there to say other than enjoy the photos. You can do just about anything you want with this knife, if I were to pack out deep into the mountains & not expect to see anyone for a few weeks, this would be the type of knife that should fit the bill for all occassions.

What an incredible deal! I would expect it to go for more than that even if it didn't have that well fitted guard.
 
Thanks, if it had fancy grips, I'd have to go a little higher. The guard's been soldered 100% @ 14,000 PSI strength, solid sturdy knife.

A very handsome knife! Nothing wrong with micarta unless you are a traditionalist. It surely uses well.
 
Thanks Dr. Ducati. I'm working on another listing for today....but the photos don't give this knife enough justice. If I have time, I'll try to get more clear/better photos of this beast.
This is one knife, that if it doesn't sell.....wouldn't really bother me. Think I actually do want to keep this for myself, but money is tight right now.
 
At the very base, near the choil, blade height is: Exactly 2".
Near the middle of the blade, where it has a slight recess, blade height is: 1 15/16".
3" from the tip, blade height is: 1.75"

From tip, to hilt, we have 9.5". Actual Cutting Edge is: 8.625"
Handle is 5.25" long, covered in Micarta.

It's a big one. It's length/size is deceiving in the photos, & makes the blade appear to be more narrow. This is what I consider a Full Sized bowie.
