It's a little hard to see, but that's an etched outline of Wisconsin on the ricasso, not a stain or something.

Sir excellent execution. The sheath is worth half that of the knife without question. Almost like the knife is a bonus. I have said this before here, why would anyone buy a prod. knife ESPECIALLY a fixed blade when they can come here and get a tool as fine as this, and others! Superb work. keepem sharp

Clean and simple and priced right. Keep up the excellent work.
I would answer your "why would anyone buy prodution" question but it would surely get me banned.

Thanks so much everyone :) I really appreciate it.

I'm glad the sheath pics came across like they did. When I finished this one (last week) it was easily the best sheath I had made. I've been taking notes on mistakes that I commonly make and also ways to tweak the next one. I've also been slowing way down to focus on each step. Thanks again

When I first saw the pictures and then the Wisconsin artwork I was pretty sold on this. I've lived in Wisconsin my whole life and I love it! This is a great looking product and a great value. Congrats to Army for beating me to the purchase and Congrats to the craftsman for the EXCELLENT work!

Thanks tac4me, glad you like it! There'll be more with the Wisconsin etch, or more likely an engraving. It's hard to have Door county show up in the etch. If I engrave it I can make it come out however I want.

Another beauty Mike. I'm waiting for you to put a pin hole in another one of your sheaths so I can steal another one from you. This one went quickly as it should.

No Wisconsin on them any more?

You have to promote us cheeseheads.
