Have my eye on another prize so unfortunately this beautiful Obenauf has to go. Mike Obenauf seems to have left knifemaking for good and burned a lot of bridges along the way so you can look at that in two ways:

1. He took money and ran for the hills and you would never buy one of his knives.

2. He was an awesome knife maker who developed a very, very strong following due to the quality of the knives he produced. He will probably never be in the knife making business again which means every one of his knives is a collectors item never to be reproduced.

Or...option 3: A combination of the above

I'll price this one accordingly so this is your chance to get a very, very nice custom made knife by an extremely talented maker for a bargain price.

This is a Small Model 2, S30V, Carbon Fiber handles. Excellent condition with no marks on the blade, bolsters or scales, etc. Very sharp and a nice EDC size.
