I thought I would share a few pics of our trip to the Outer Banks. This was a very special trip to me for several reasons and I hope you enjoy the pics.

Very nice pics, what was the special occasion?

I have been taking my son there since he was one year old and he is now 18 and will be on his own before I know it. This was also the first trip that my father made sober. He had a very serious drinking problem and quit cold-turkey last year. I think he saw an entirely new beach.

The fishing was great, lots of Bluefish and Spanish. The one day the lures were slow we switched to bottom rigs and caught a ton of mullet and croakers.
