No half stops on the regular production 3 blade 301 or on the 2 blade 2018 forum knife and last years BOTM. I can’t imagine they’ve changed it with this recent run, but I’ve been wrong before!

I'm pretty excited about this one! I happened to be on Buck's website when it popped up. My order confirmation email landed before the announcement email. First (and probably last) time that's happened for me.

It sure seems like a brisk seller. It would be nice if Buck would run more 300 series variants as Web Specials or go all out and offer something like a rotating line-up with different cover/steel/blade configs.

I think there have only been a few other 300's as Web Specials. There was an elk/brass 303 in early 2018, a white paper micarta (I think?) 301 that I missed, and last years burlap micarta 301 with 2 blades. I'd love to see more.

I like it and glad to see Buck doing this. Just wish they would of used brass pins I think that would of sent it over the edge

Surprise delivery by USPS today.

I really like the weight the brass gives the knife. Grinds are a little bit uneven, but blades have nice walk and talk and fit and finish overall is pretty good. This one is going straight in the pocket today.

Mine came today as well. I agree with what was said above. It seems like there are gaps in the springs but I don’t see light when open coming through. This one is going to be a user.
