When I went to a gun show today, I saw a odd fishing knife I wanted to buy but couldn't.

It was an old Puma in good shape.
All stainless steel.
Blade was about 3 to 3.5 in long.
the neat thing about this knife that it had a large ball on the end of the handle, so the knife doubled as a scale to weigh fish with!

So, have you seen any knives similair to what I am talking about?

The knife you described has been made by Puma for years. It started before 1960 and is still made today. The round ball on the end is called a priest. If you look at the blade it is used a scale. You can weigh your fish using the priest as a counterweight. they run around $100 of just a little less.
