Off the hook graphics!

Yup, I was just about to post your video of that one. I think you need a little motion to actually begin to appreciate fantastic engraving...even then, most of the time you really need to experience it in person to REALLY get the full impact.

That I just stunning!! Wow!

Love that engraved one!
Here's mine:
It has been engraved by Tim George.
Originally sold by Only Fine Knives...Here is their stock photo of it:

That is just fantastic. I have to believe the engraving work is worth more then the knife.

We cannot make mention of "off-the-hook graphics" without mentioning one of the most gorgeous Sebenza's ever. Alessio's custom engraved 25. Not a factory graphic, but so sweet! (hope you don't mind me posting a link Falco)

I really, really like that. I'm not a fan of alot of the graphics when they start taking over the knives. Now that's not to say that they aren't stunning. I just don't think that a knife is the right medium for that kind of work, and I adore CRK for their simplistic beauty. I realize art is subjective, so don't put me down for slamming graphic sebs. It's just not my thing. This one however has just the right balance of beautiful work while not overpowering the beauty of the knife itself. I'd snatch that one up in a heart beat!

Here's my unique that just came in. I'm super stoked! You really have to see the blues in person to see their true beauty. I mean they just POP.

that is rather stunning! :D

There are examples out there of people doing similar things and having CRK make it permanent. I thought about having one of my son's drawings put on a knife once.

That would actually be pretty cool.

Here is another one posted by Lone_Wolfe in the same thread as the one above. This one is a 21 instead of a regular like the one pictured above....

I hope it is okay with Dinokay, and Lone_Wolfe that I reposted their knives here. If not, let me know, and I'll remove them, or ask the mods to do so.

You rang?

Yes, I have 3 Night Skys. :p

The OP post of the windmill is amazing! I would be afraid to carry some of the knives posts here becasue of ruining the coloring and marring the engraving. Very nice and well done work shown here:thumbup:

Where do you guys buy these graphics like the "night sky" et al? Direct from CRK? Dealer? The only ones I've seen listed on dealer sites are always SOLD OUT which I take as really being "we used to have these but no longer do".

That's why I like my unique. Understated elegance.

Wow! Lone_Wolfe, those knight skies look fantastic. I would love to own one like one of those someday. I especially like the one on the bottom with the blue sapphire star inlay.

The one on the top in the above photo is very nice looking. Is that Jerry Rados Ladder damascus? Looks incredible

Good eye! Yes, that Rado Ladder. Snagged that one a couple years back, and think I'll just keep it. Pretty sure I'd never touch it for the same price again. And I don't blame you on the Night Sky's, they're awesome!

Wow! Those knives are awesome guys. Lone_Wolfe, those night Skys with the blue cabochons are off the hook wicked:thumbup:
