Interestingly, the wife's appointment was directly across from St. Mary's Hospital.
Unfortunately, in my haste I didn't get a chance to pick up a duck call before taking her to her appointment. Must make sure I have one and have practised with it - hopefully I won't get tramped by a mob of lawyers.
