Ok... sleeping issues...
The biggest problem here is breast feeding... we want to breast feed the babies as long as possible, or at least until they are 8 moths old. Now a baby takes up to 40 minutes to feed, and they are two! The problem is that breast feeding demands a brest! I don't have any... just my wife. And in the early days the babies must feed in every three or four hours, so if you feed them both, make them burp, change dipers, fit in clean clothes ... it's almost a hour or hour and a half break only.. and that must include cooking for us and getting all the other stuff that must be done in the house! I am most defintly getting my hands on... no escape.
Hell is about to break loose! LOL
I thought about using a milk botle, but usualy the baby reject the breast over the botle because it's easy to suck ... and the niple demands some effort. I will try to get the botle's hole to be as small as possible in order to make them prefer the breast, that way I can try to take some milk out and do some of the feeding from the botle whle she gets some sleep between feedings.

Jeff, I was thinking the same thing. I have no idea how people with twins manage the whole breast feeding thing. My wife was pretty exhausted by just the one. I am sure you will manage - but I am also sure you will both discover a new meaning for the word "tired". Congrats again to you both!

When we first knew they were twins I sercehd the internet for related topics and found this website with tips and tools for multiples and there are those freaking charts for triplets where you make a schedule for each baby on each breast and botle so you always know who had which breast and who was on the bodle so you make turns! That's mostly for identical twins where one might get confused. I read some testimonials that some mothers just realized that after a few days when one of the babies was loosing weight...
