Dude even the tweeners are still 3 months out. Are you sure the MachAx is that close? I wish we had dates for everything :)
 
I thought the machax was being released with the tweeners with the brute and patrol machete a little ways behind
 
Speaking of packs (weren't we talking about packs?), everyone at Casa de Guyon pulls his or her weight.
My two-year old daughter pulled 3.1 miles today with a full load out.

Do we know what the machax sheaths will be like?

Also is someone making micarta? Ka Bar stuff is good. But that home grown stuff is always better.

That Ka Bar stuff is awesome for $40. That's a hell of a lot of work to make that stuff and get it right. At least the way I do it is.
 
Same here Guyon, but those packs are kinda small for those kids.

I make my kids carry 60 liter packs.....

I'm just looking for a belt holster for it. A hunter style would be fine. It's just a Ruger single six, but the 4 inch barrel is unusual. Gonna make it my kit gun.

Ka Bar micarta is pretty grand I don't mean to sell it short.

Was just hoping to have one set hanging around that was made by yourself or someone else on the forum. Support a local guy and all that. G10 would be nice too. Just asking to see if I missed something.
 
I've never made any for sale, mostly because I won't buy chinese, the tools that is. At some point I'll either turn it into a money making operation or I'll stop altogether.The tools I'd be willing to buy are probably Canadian and $$$$, so I'd have to decide I'm serious. i'm comfortable were the hobby is at now but you never know, things change. I'll probably do a few more giveaways.

Yeah, it's weird looking, but it works. You stick the tip in the water and pull the trigger, then snag what floats up.
