All the prayers, smoke, and positive thoughts mean a whole lot to me.
We just found out while ago that one of our daughters mother-in-law's has also walked West. I can hurt for Chet, Mary's husband whom she left behind, who is around 81-82 somewhere.
He and Mary had been together for a very long time, not something you see often anymore.
I don't imagine it will be too long before Chet chooses to walk West as well. It seems that's the way it happens when a couple has been together a long time.
Mary had an easy passing and waited until her last child had made it in to see her off. And Mary didn't have to suffer a long time, hardly any, if any pain at all.
And that's about the best any of us can hope for when it comes our time.
As Bro says, "These things seem to run in threes, there should be one more."
Things are easier for me now with Pinkie's journey, But I will always miss her until we do indeed get to see each other once again. The Star Journey provides for many meetings in our way of belief.
That is comforting in itself.
