offensive conduct - New email

Rudeness has no place in a public or a private forum. Nor do unfounded personal attacks of character. People do that junk to get attention. Any attention good or bad (they think) is better than no attention. Nothing productive comes from that crap!

You just can not help yourself from acting like a douchebag on bladeforums. If you stop your loud mouth negative posts maybe some of the good knifemakers who have left will return.
You are always apologizing for stuff you say on the forum. How about just controlling your ADHD and be polite?

I don't think I am being a negative or impolite person on Shop talk, but if I am no one else has let me know.

Well, there's your answer, Stacy...sounds like you're dong a good job. All you can do is give your best effort...the rest, (including the negative perceptions of a small minority), is out of your control.

Don't let it get to you. Some people won't be pleased with whatever you say or action you take.
I'm not in ST too much, but from what i've seen, if anything, you are very cautious, forgiving and easygoing. well tempered.
What do i know though.... i've been told i'm a hardass (among other cute names).:)
 
As far as his skills at cunting-off goes he scores somewhere between a D- and Ungraded. It's hard not to laugh at him, why resist.
 
I just read this. And the rant from the hushmail fellow. I almost fell off my chair laughing

Now I don't know Mr.Apelt and have had him post all of twice on my WIP thread. For a man who makes sharp objects his demeanor is pretty blunt. But all my good teachers for any subject have been that way. And honestly I can do without the pedantic ramblings I see elsewhere. Thank you, Stacy.

I like this forum. People put up with my ignorance and attempt to help me out of it....................

I love how the cowards send anonymously.

That being said, would you respond to someone like this if you could. I probably would, and it would be pointless because they are already very irrational and not very reasonable.

I have had this on forums and ebay where people want to just keep on about something cause they feel like they "lost" in a situation and think this type of stuff gives them some sort of satisfaction.

Keep up the good work.. :)

BTW - The person who sent that email is a coward with inadequacy issues... Its amazing what some people loos their sh1t over....
