I'm wondering what you gents consider being an 'office knife'?
I'll procure some help in getting a photo up with what I consider being in a 'office knife' category. What I would use in a office setting.
No right or wrong answer just trying to encourage your input on this topic.
I would give the nod toward the 300 series knives as well. Then the 700 & 500 series.
Thank you, DM

525..507..any small less than 2" bladed knife. I first think of thin fancy handled knives . Didn't Buck actually call them Gents?

I work in a an office and have been bringing in a 503 pretty regularly for the past 5 months or so. No problems at all

I think the 501 and 503 are good office carry knives. I’d also mention the 703, although I don’t use it much. I have found through experience that I am much more of a single blade person than a multi blade person. The new little 524 also slips right into the pocket quite nicely.

Would the 111 qualify? (I don't have one :( )
I know back in the day a knife with fancy scrolled/engraved silver, gold, pewter, or aluminum covers was considered a "Gentleman's Knife" (admittedly, they were considerably smaller than a 111/110) and were used in the office.

i work mostly in the office part of my industry now that im older. i still use and carry what i always have from my days in the field and warehouse.

great topic Sir. enjoying everyones input on this topic.

I carry a 110 or 317 during jeans weather. 500, 847, or 112 ecolite during shorts weather months. Of them all, I would consider the 500 as the only “office” knife.

If I were stuck in an office all day, I think the Buck Koji Hara dagger would be one that I would use. Since I've never been in that situation and I don't have one I can't supply a picture. Preston

How about one of the now discontinued and increasingly rare and valuable 309s. If on Ebay a starting bid of $100. Shown is rare David Yellowhorse custom 309 now worth, as a Ebay starting price, of $250. Also shown is the rare Limited Edition Medallion 309 worth , as a starting Ebay price $300. ;-) Someday it may come true. 300

I think a 301 or 302 are about perfect for office knives, especially that wonderfully slim 302. (I hope they start making it again.)
