tenderloin as much as i love them are more or less tasteless unless dressed with something godly as bacon. if going straight meet, i would go with skirtsteak.. but i can live with other bits like liver or heart.. tongue is good.. hey, it's missing organ meat.
 
I threw in a vote for the only real choice there, but you realize that the real vote ought to be bacon wrapped steak, right?

Crawdad AND BACON stuffing.

Who's up for some baconators?

I just came up with a quick and easy stuffing recipe. Lots of baconators, chop with BK9, mix with crawdad meat. Stuff inside a bird wrapped in bacon, stuffed inside a larger bird wrapped in bacon with baconator/crawdad stuffing packed in around it, ect until we get to a moose.

Latest rendition of this is blue cheese and sauteed onion added between the layer of bacon and the steak...
 
I voted for bacon as the steak option does not specify cuts. I would always choose bacon over less quality cuts, but would skip bacon in a heartbeat for a porterhouse or ribeye.
