I'm bringing my sling shot, we gonna have a sling shot challenge? 3/8" bb's? I'll bring a couple packages and I'm making a monster chopper for the chopping contest... Lets just say its 3.7 pounds...

JD, that 710 Destroyer was too cool. It has to be the thickest blade I've ever seen on a "knife." It was good time seeing you get totally gassed using it!! LOL

I traded for the Lamb Spliter.

I got a used BK4.

I got a nice knife from 710!

Two Lovely blades from Mr. Siegel.

Good God that was a fun gathering!
My ass is whooped! It feels like I got in a Sweedish wrestling match with Awesome-O and Beardlove....

Thanks a ton to Ethan, Ka-Bar, Faler, and Abrasion for helping put this thing togather!
It was great to see all the familiar faces. Some good laughs and great food!

I'll post up a few pics tomorrow, although I didn't get too many.

Man I had a blast, got home at 3 am, cleaned up and getting ready for the week. I just download the pictures I took to my computer so I will post them soon... I totally forgot to take a bunch from the competitions.. sling shot challenge was Purdy cool. Everyone needs tp practice for next time.

I was swinging it a few times Friday and some on Saturday, before the chopping competition.. i'll tell you what.. my whole left side is hecka sore... LOL

I apologize to everyone for not showing. Had a family emergency and drove right past Eugene. Grandma had a heart attack on Friday, conveniently I was packed for the gathering when I got the call. I sincerely regret not making it. She's in ICU looking like she will make a full recovery. Family's family so what else can I say.

So here's a few pics...

Beardlove shocked us all and took 1st in the Tomahawk contest.
He won a BK9 and SnakeDoc hooked him up with a custom kydex sheath with an attached fire kit. Very cool! Note the Seahawk colored target.






Awesome-O took 3rd in chopping.






VanillaGuerilla took 2nd...






And if you look closely, you can see a smug little grin on 710's face after the chopping contest...

The 10" chopper. This is the badboy that won the chopping competition at the last gathering.





Check out this awesome set up from 710.
Seahawk colored acrylic scales and an awesome custom dangler sheath that can easily be converted to scout carry. These scales are so cool! The colors get deeper in the light. Amazing work 710! Thank you so much!

I had a blast as always! Just too much fun!!! The comrades and contests are always fun. Food was awesome!!! Ethan did a great job with the bacon wrapped pig! Thanks for all the fun trades and support guys I can hardly wait till next time!

Yes JD won the chopping contest, with a BK9. All the choppers had to use the 9. The slingshot contest was pretty cool and I must admit, I barely won. Hell, nearly everyone in camp participated in that one. I was sweatin' LOL. I'll have to post up a pic of the knife 710 gave me as the winner.

Good times were had by all that is for sure. Sorry don't have any pics, I try not to take them so they don't incriminate me later in a court of law.
BTW let me fix that for you. awe got built his fire bigger and faster but didn't win because he already won a knife earlier then "Fal'er took 1st in fire making, I got 2nd, and RRR took 3rd."
