Official BeckerWest Gathering November1st, 2nd and 3rd

I'm looking seriously at trying to make this. I'm in the initial planning stages now. Updates as things fall either into place or out of it.
 
I'm planning on being there Saturday through Sunday with Kelley and my girls....
Anything we can bring that would be helpful?
 
As the date draws nearer, there will be some things needed. Things like pop up canopies, firewood & Folding tables.
 
Looks like I'll only be there Saturday night thru Sunday...which sucks but it's better than not at all I suppose. I have Drill Friday and Saturday and will be coming straight there from Tacoma (Ft Lewis).

This blows because I'm gonna miss out on the firemaking and chopping, DAMN!!! I was really looking forward to hacking through some wood with my new 9.

Oh, but since I'm coming in late on Saturday I can make a beer run for anyone, just say the word and what you want....LOL

They are, I missed this month's drill. But I have to plan as though they are going to reopen any day now. Hopefully they will still be shut down in Nov, then I can make all the days ;)
 
I hope for your sake they stay shut down, I hope for the sake of my form 4's the ATF gets rollin'. Daddy wants his cans.
 
My daughter is on the fence about going as well, the "crapping in the woods" might be a deal breaker.

Just bring a portable toilet (seat with a bag attachment.....I feel weird talking about this particular aspect of camping in an open forum, LOL). It worked out great for Sarah last time, and it wasn't very expensive (got it at the wally world). When she had to use it, after she was done I just went and picked it up without taking it apart and put it in the back of the truck (not recommended for SUVs though). Then when we were ready to leave, I tied off the bag and threw it away keeping the seat and platform.
 
Didn't want you guys to think I forgot how good you all were to me last gathering. They fired our lead at work so with just two guys we've been behind. So to make a long story endless they just hired two new people and I figured I'd put in for time off and come see all you. Well Thursday on my morning commute on my bicycle a gentleman decided he needed points and hit me with his pickup. So with broken bones and a lowly heart I regret to inform you I will not be attending. You are all the best and I will miss you all. I will never forget how you all treated me at the last gathering. May you all have sharp knives and dry powder, Respectfully, Chance.
