Fight it man. We can’t have you loosing focus. I think you should hold off on a 112 until you have completed the photographic chronology of the 300s. We need you totally committed to your current project. Sure, 112s are nice. Yes it may be a more popular area of Buck collecting but it is because they are so nice that you have to be careful. Don’t open that flood gate. You already have the bug bad. You’ll not be able to stop with just one. Who could?

Do it for the children.
 
A pair of nice old 110s arrived today. Top,a 3rd Version 110-4th Variation. Bottom, a 3rd Version 110-7th Variation, with the most beautiful factory inlays I've seen.
 
Maybe just one 112 and one 110 and I will hide them and only bring them out at midnight on full moons.:rolleyes:

I picked up a nice stag 105 & 102. I'm re-using my old Klinkhamer series(Pack Rat-you're lucky) display case, and filling it with stag 100 series. Just need a 121..that should be an easy one:rolleyes:

:eek:...You can tempt me all you want with all these fixed blade Bucks but I shall continue to try to maintain my "folder fixation"...DARN! ! ! !...:o...Those are some great lookin' knives Scott...:D:thumbup::thumbup:
 
I am with the Doc. I always thought the Klinkhammers were nice a little bit the way a two tone burgundy and lavender Lincoln Mk IV with gold plated bright work and leopard upholstery is nice, just a little too much for me, but, Scott, these knifes look really good in that case. I think you should consider getting a 121 rehandled to finish it off. Really, I admire this very much.
 
Thanks guys, Will, that's one of the reasons I could part with them. The main reason was to fund an investment. I love wood, but don't have any cherry in my collection at the present, but that stag is most appealing and has stood the test of time.

humm i am strong... i resist ...
i only collect the 110 and related...
but some how i have these three... i know i got the one in the navy..
and i was sent the 2ed from Herbert;) ... that third one ...
i woke up and the wife said was a box come for me in the mail,
i zaid must be my med's :oas she knows i is on knife restriction...
:confused: mystery to me !!! i only collect folders.. ;)

and a chip fint one and ... ad nasuam...
 
I've had a dry spell but this 112 Limited Edition just arrived yesterday.
