Hi Dan (and others).
Here's the one-and-only Burgundy Canvas Micarta (BurgCM) Bushmaster. It has black liners and a brass hardware (and yes, it's one of the CPM-3V ones). I rubbed it and the JRE sheath down with some Obenauf's LP and snapped this pic. I think this handle material comes to just the right shade of brown for me and works well as a synthetic wood substitute for a hard-impact outdoor blade.

My only suggestion at this point for the future is to consider a thinner blade -- yet still in CPM-3V. IMHO, there is no need for 3/16" when you have steel this tough. I'd happly shell out for a flat-ground 1/8" version of the BM in CPM-3V.
