Hi Dan (and others).

Here's the one-and-only Burgundy Canvas Micarta (BurgCM) Bushmaster. It has black liners and a brass hardware (and yes, it's one of the CPM-3V ones). I rubbed it and the JRE sheath down with some Obenauf's LP and snapped this pic. I think this handle material comes to just the right shade of brown for me and works well as a synthetic wood substitute for a hard-impact outdoor blade.

My only suggestion at this point for the future is to consider a thinner blade -- yet still in CPM-3V. IMHO, there is no need for 3/16" when you have steel this tough. I'd happly shell out for a flat-ground 1/8" version of the BM in CPM-3V.

The list came through a bit garbled. The first 4 items on the elite section are cut off by the previous list; but, I think we all know that the elites have not started rolling out of the door. I'll see you, Luc, and Tom Friday at the Blade.

The list that I looked at today doesn't show that you up date #5 ELITE BUSHMASTER. I paid you $10.20 on paypal April, 7th, 2010. Did you not get the money, I would like to know??? ......If so PLEASE show that it's been paid off. I know it's been up date since I sent the money because I was moved from the number four spot to number five spot.
 
fast knife - I forgot to upload the updated list. Works now. I also have you down for #24 - is that correct?


Univers - your bushmasters are finished and boxed up - waiting for the bushcraft knives to be done. I am gluing those up today. Sorry for the delay on those.
 
I am headed to Tom's shop today to drill handles for the tapered tang BushMasters that I am grinding this morning.

The first 10 or so that are PIF will be shipped first. The rest will follow as payment comes in. I will glue all of them up, then send an email request for final payment. Once that is arranged, I will complete the order.

It's glue-up time this week.

The first 10 PIF BushMasters are getting glued up this week. :thumbup:

I've profiled the handles and glued up the liners already. As soon as the tangs are done being tapered I'll drill the handle holes and glue 'em up. (probably on Wed)
