How about a thread we can post pics of our most loyal companions in? Ill go first.

This is belle. She's my hunting, hiking and camping buddy.

And this is biskit, lovingly referred to as "rat brain" by yours truly.

My brother's dog, Brody. He rescued him from his previous owner who was going to just let him go in a forest preserve. He's learned all kinds of stuff since being with us & he has one heckuva bark if you come around the front door or the back fence. But he's a chickensh*# about loud noises or sometimes even spooked easily. I think it's from something happening to him with his previous owner. BTW, he's part yellow lab and part shar pei.

This is Max, our 1.5 year old Bassedor that we got from a local animal rescue last summer. He's our companion, whether we're hiking or lazing about the apartment

This is Ruby, my hiking companion. She's getting on in years and spends a good chunk of the day sleeping on the porch now, but she still acts like a puppy on the trails.
