If I may suggest, take up some Taiji or Yoga (but not both at same time). The practice will help cleansing the 'energy body' so to speak...

You should listen to a podcast called Jay and Silent Bob Get Old. It is a very good podcast about Jason Mewes getting and staying clean and sober and has helped a lot of people out as well besides being funny as hell.
