Oh NO!! The Washer!!!

My Camillus EDC made a few trips in the washer/dryer. Never had any problems as a result of it.
 
Well I just got worried because that axis lock has springs and stuff in it and I did not want the insides to rust. I really don't think I would have cared if say a framelock got thrown in there...

Oh no! This is going to turn into another AXIS lock vs. frame lock debate! :D

What will survive a trip through the washer better?

I say the washer will benefit the AXIS lock by cleaning dirt out of the locking mechanism. It won't do much for the frame lock. :)

As long as the AXIS lock is dried promptly and re-lubed it should be fine.
