I’m going to do the tang like I did on the other keyhole I made. It’s a hidden tang and it goes through the heyhole section. I have all the pictures from my last one. I might as well toss up a WIP for it.

Got it. I now remember that the tang went through the keyhole in the guard and into the stag. IIRC, the round slugs that fit the keyhole were separated by the tang slot.
