Oh s#rew this....

No no no....1 of those browns in my home! I'd get some snake boots and my 12ga and worry about damage later ...

Flame thrower. Then worry about the damage later.

LOL! :D

Years ago my wife and I were staying in a house in the mountains of Tennessee, and we had been walking around barefoot inside the house for a couple days when she found a small scorpion on the carpet - that was creepy!

Garth,

No flame throwers needed when a simple flute would do. You just need to spent time with an Indian snake charmer and learn a tune or 2:highly_amused::highly_amused::highly_amused:

...or get a mongoose as a pet.

Dave, that little garter snake is adorable! My brother and I used to catch them and keep them until we were caught and told to take them back outside.

This Widow looks like she's got a decent feast of ants. Great pictures!

A couple of times a year I need to clear a bunch of these guys out from under the seat/frame etc of my dirt bike (it lives outside under a bike cover)and from under the edges of the wheelie bins. This one ran up my arm when I was working on the bike late last year (hence the available screwdriver)...

I get a few Funnel Webs around the place each year as well White Tips. I am OK with spiders....not so much snakes in the house... ;)

You can keep the eastern brown snakes Andy; our black widow and brown recluse spiders are bad enough!

My neighbor's Dad saw a small black bear about two miles from my property; something to watch for while deer hunting I guess.:D

Family spends four terrifying days with deadly brown snake loose in their house — until lethal reptile was spotted in children’s toys !!

I don't know how you can live in that crazy place. You should come and stay where I am. We don't have any dangerous animals here……….:D

Seriously this to me is the scariest creature in Australia, possibly the whole planet……….

Yes....such a little critter that can do so much harm...!! Given my shark phobia there is little chance of me swimming with those things either... ;)

Deadly snake in the house? Kids go back in the house? Bad Life Decisions 101.

WTF is imogen? Sounds like a medical condition.

Nope...sorry I'd love to visit Australia but I be dead with in seconds....lol! I'm a snake magnet but I'd more than likely be killed by a koala bear or a band of sugergliders ! Andy I don't know how you do it?

The one in the news story is the biiiiiiiig brother of this one that got dead in my yard....

... that one is just soooooo big it is not funny....!!!!!!!!

This one I posted earlier...

....is about the size you generally see them !!!!

And really mate, it is not nearly as dangerous out here as people imagine... I mean I checked the news headlines today and no one has actually been killed by the wildlife today....

I agree with burning the house down, lol. This snake is from the wrong continent, but you'll get the idea if one is hiding in you house!:D

Just lost what an arm and hand or both arms?! I don't really got issues with sharks or the crocs or the spiders but everything else that I know of scares the crap outta me and like I said I'm a snake magnet they love me for some reason.
