Trade ya!

It's a trade ! The farmers around here might not like the deal but , life goes on lol.
Summer here is 3 months of hell like temperatures that rarely let up at night , maybe down to 90 and I am miserable every second of it. I dont go out unless I have to in the summer (work-store-etc) and the AC power bill is expensive. The horrid heat combines with smog to make horrid air quality , no breezes to speak of dont help either.
I'm the exact opposite of the old folks who move from NY to Fla. for warmth , I eventually plan to move where it never gets hot. :thumbup:

Its going to be 20 deg c (68 F) here today, one of the warmest Octobers on record apparently.

Interestingly enough despite this the weather forcasters are predicting the worst winter in at least 10 years here in the UK.

I dont dislike warm weather in the day, I cant stand it at night though, I cant sleep!

The weather today was even better than predicted. I was down to a t-shirt outside, enjoying the sunshine!

Funny, ain't it, how the grass is always greener on the other side? I've never been anyplace on this planet where the heat or the humidity really bothered me. Smog bothers my asthma occasionally, but I can live with it. The cold, I can't. HATE it! H-A-T-E it!!! H....A.....T....E.....it!!!!

Well, it was an unfortunate 67 F here today, goin' down to 45 at night (19 C and 7 C)... at least it'l get down to the 30's at night, next week. Not quite freezing, but close. I'm with Rebeltf - I love cold weather and just don't enjoy heat! Well, it can be fun in the summer, but the whole rest of the year, too?! Sheesh!
