Hi Amy O, I'm Rescue Mike! I'm new to the forum, and a proud new owner of a couple of rats I purchased from 360Joules at the Blade West.

200..

300..

360!

Except now.. It's all 360!!

So P_M what do you think? Take the kids, get a cople of duckies and go float the Natahala? As long as we get ove rthe Upper falls we will be OK.

They are old enough.
Aaahh... I spent much of my youth in the South. The place where the statement is often used:

"The have BEER in the house." Like it was the devil in the 'hood. That hooker and ex-con? Oh, they're OK. But that guy over there? He has BEER in the house."

Cheesecake? That just might win any family over, though! Mmmmm...

My parents-in-law have come to accept me... after all, I hold their Grandchildren hostage! ;)

That's how all of this got started?! My wife was a student in a whitewater kayak class I was teaching back in '94. After the first weekend of instruction, I talked her into coming out for "more one-on-one instruction" the next few weekends. I had her on the Nanty within a month.

In fact, this is her from that very weekend back in '94.

Me from about that same time frame... Yep... I've been drinking. The more I drank, the better she thought I looked? Wait... no. It doesn't work that way??

I was there in May...It is more city than I ever seen! It was very nice, but it just WAYYY too much city for me.

It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have to drive around the place!

YOU DROVE!!!???

Just kidding....it's a great city..so much to see...

COME ON HOGS!!!

When in ChiTown get in touch with the HEAVY...

This way at least you'll find out all the best places to eat!

It's not so bad if you ride the train.

(Mumble to yourself alot. You get more room in that seat.)

I hit Unos Pizza and Buca Di Beppo.....those 2 stuck out the most. I was going to try a US tour of Fogo de Choa...Atlanta DC and Chicago...except when paying for 2 once was enough......I was clogged for 3 days after eating there!

Chicago rules! As far as cities go (I am not a city person, but) I enjoy the architecture. I used to do alot of trade shows @ McCormick Place, now that thing is huge. The Field Museum is Awesome too, but the best is Dick's Last Resort @ Navy Pier. You need an AK-47 to cut the attitude in that place!

Yep, it used to be... Like my antlers?

That was almost 13 years ago, now. The dog and I are both a bit older.
