Seriously, that's a shame that your knife has that problem. Kershaw Customer Service is very helpful, in fact excellent. Explain your situation to them and let them see what they can do to help resolve your problem.

Kershaw will definitely take care of you. I know first hand having dealt with their customer service when a torsion bar broke on my 0350 when I owned one. I asked for 1 and got 5, some screws, a pocket clip and a kershaw torx driver key chain with different bits.
 
you dont see that too often! did you use it hard? or did it just appear? pretty bizarre but as everyone else has said, ZT will take care of you.
 
Thanks for the advices from everyone, i wrote to KAI, and im waiting to their answer now.....we will see, but i think they gonna replace it to me.

till they answer im gonna duct tape the blade and use it:P
 
I had blade rapture once. I wound up having to ice some swelling.
 
Relax, it's a ZT....you've got nothing to worry about. They will probably just give you a brand new knife.
 
Customer service aside, that's a pretty serious failure for such an expensive knife... I'd be "concerned" too.
 
I sent an email to warrantyinfo, but still no answer, now im waiting, if no answer in a few days i will send the knife back to KAI. Maybe after July 4th i get an answer...

Yeah they'll get to your email either tomorrow or the day after. They don't work on the 4th. ;)
 
I sent it back, and contacted Cheryl, i will update when something happens:) Thanks for all for the good advices!

ps.: express shipping from Us costs usually to Hungary about 30-35$ from here to the US it costs 66$ :confused: :eek: it was a pain in my a*s btw...
 
Thanks to Kershaws Customer service my knife came back from the SPA:) blade replaced and now i got what i originally wanted the black zt0200ST, my liner and my scales were not replaced those are the original ones. The speacial feature of it: that there is no engraves on the blade, its the stealth bomber version of all black knives:P
