Looks like a Clip Point ABA. Interesting coating. Is that factory coating? Looks textured, or like the INFI dimples are deep...
 
The CPABA stands for Clip point ABA...The pic Uncle Jarvis posted is the exact knife...I send him the picture. (thanks UJ).

This one is also on hold pending a trade deal.
