ohhhhhh craaaaaap.....

LOL, you too? ...Um, great minds think alike, I reckon. :)
I went for 10 CG's, 7 LE's. :D

Only a 2-week release window on arguably one of the best dedicated-chopper designs ever--how could you not, right? I've since bought more, but given away and sold more than that. It's all good. :D

Many of us can recall that experience during the acquisitive phase of our Busse addiction. It might be less true for the Old School Hogs, as there simply weren't that many knives available at one time.

I had a modest haul, relatively speaking, from Blade 2007:

There was a week back in 2007 where several scores arrived at roughly the same time: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/503268-Oh-it-was-a-GOOD-week!

The first Knob Creek Trunk Show in 2008 was another opportunity to buy too much

You mean like placing a single order for 17 NMFBM's? :D

Nah--actually shoulda bought more. ;)

I love it when the REAL HOGS check in to keep the piglets in line!

That was my day in the sun. My collection compared with those of the True Hogs is quite modest.

I have a safe. Trevor probably has a vault. Jaxx? More than likely a secure wing. :D

NMFBM was my first... I totally understand its well deserved love- but 17 of them!?! did you get one wet and they mutliplied like gremlins? ...i'm going to go throw some water on mine now.

I would love to experience that problem.

For me its the opposite. Saying "oh crap" because i have to figure out which single knife i have to pick over the dozens of others i want due to budget.

Good idea, I might try that on my HHFSH and HOFSH!!

Id like to have a life instead of overnight work 70 hours a week.

Although I'd take more time to pick out the perfect blade that way.... Less stress about credit also.... I envy you
