Rainy/overcast at home today when my BIG Nano <BIG Nano? > SFNO touched down...

so I moved it inside under the tangential fluro tubes in my garage

and then the heavens parted...

Yup...it's the most striking, most perfect BIG finish they've turned out yet...and it looks even more AMAZING in person, my piss-poor photog skills can't even captured 1/10th of the glory of this finish...GREAT STUFF!!!

Love it! That's looks awesome! I'll take those light machine marks and grinder crosshatch patterns anyday! It beats the best coating job I've seen ever! Beautiful steel is a lot like a beautiful woman (or whatever you prefer) that doesn't need a paint job to look awesome

Yes John, good eye...it's black canvas Micarta...primo stuff!

Not only are the double disc ground flats spectacular, those coarse vertical striations on the primary grind are really, really handsome, IMHO.

This model could be THE ONE <for me>!
