Oil the joints

I just got done oiling my joints and I've been oiling the joints of some of my pocket knives as well. Wishing you all the best of joint oiling this holiday season.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and joy to all the world!

Steve, your photo reminded me that I've had this little kit since around 1987 or so:

Have a wonderful holiday and I was wondering will this stuff work on my knee joints----had a heck of a time getting them to go this morning. I hope so.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Don't forget. Leftovers on Friday!! A far a better way to spend the day than dealing with the Black Friday shopping mayhem ;)

Happy Thanksgiving everybody. I pass through here almost everyday and tho I don't post a great amount I do really enjoy stopping by read and check out the pictures. Many thanks to each and everyone who considers his or herself a member of this forum. I'm going to go oil a couple of joints right now.
Jim.

Just take that brush and tickle the backside of your knee with it. You'll be so busy giggling that you won't notice your stiff joints.:D

Happy Thanksgiving to all the great folks I've met on this site! This reminded me in fact that I have to get some oil, thanks. Paul

I plan to drink some 18 year old "oil" for my joints.

Cheers, to you all!

Your post reminds me, I have a bottle of 12 year old Single Malt stashed away that I'd picked up while shopping with a good friend a while back. He and his brother-in-law had introduced me to the world of sipping some quality scotch, usually accompanied by a cigar. We'd sit outside on quiet evenings, shoot the breeze and enjoy each other's company while enjoying our beverage and the cigar. Made for some very enjoyable conversation & nice memories of time spent with close friends.

He passed away last month, and I've been thinking about him & his family quite a lot lately. That bottle of 12 year-old I'd picked up (based on his recommendation) has been quietly stashed away for a few years, waiting for a proper occasion to pop the cork on it. I'd actually forgotten, for a while, that I'd had it. I think tomorrow's the day.

Here's to 'oiling the joints' and giving thanks, for good times spent with good friends.
