I hate to show my ignorance but I am but can comeone please tell me what exactly is Texico type A oil is and were I can easily find it?

It says: Rando HD 32 on the 5 gallon bucket. I think they make a lighter oil which hardens your blade faster. Look in the Texaco bulk oil distributor section in the yellow pages. I get mine from a friend that works for otis elevator. They use it in the elevator because of its flame retardant additives. Any hydraulic oil will harden blades but may catch on fire with your hand in the quench bucket.
