oil?

hey guys just got a military to day, very heppy, when i first got it out of the box it was very smooth and easy to open, but now its stiff and hard to open. I haven't messed with the pivot screw so i think i need to oil it up, but is going to get stiff as fast as it did this time and what type of oil d you guys think i should use?
 
I don't use any oil on my Millies, and they all operate just fine. Was anything altered or did you use it hard?
 
Hey guys this morning i took it out of the box and its as smooth as can be so i'm not sure if i was just playing with it to much. lol
