I was wanting an AK bowie along with the baby dui chirra (if still available). Are all blades on the website made to order? I hate being the odd ball but hey, I'm new... haha.

Yes, just email to himimp@aol.com and ask anything you like. If your looking for something in particular just ask and Yangdu will let you know what's available.
She said the email has been acting up of late and some folks depending on their email provider don't seem to get through.
I'd suggest sending an email to see if your getting through.
If your not one of us will gladly act as a go between until we figure out the issue. Or you can always call if your not like me and can hear on a telephone.
You can special order if you desire but generally the website knives are already made and subject to what she has in inventory.
More are coming in all the time, not frequently enough but new stuff from time to time.

I'm partial to the AK Bowies myself, that would be a fine start too.

I love them. I’ve got 3. One by Kumar and 2 by Ram Kumar. All 3 appropriately 15”!

Long Gone or Done Deal are the usual responses. Sometimes if she has more than the one she'll offer the second one usually at the same price. In this case I believe there was only the one.
I don't think she got your email or you would have received a Long Gone response.

Don't give up, the blades are worth the effort.

Hey Jason, I’m a newb as well. I think the DOTD knives that aren’t expensive (say under $100 or so) go pretty fast, the posts aren’t always updated to reflect that as quickly as we would like. The WWII I got in May was posted a few different times before I got it, but anything in the $75 or less range probably goes very quickly.

I have emailed 4 times in 2 weeks about ANY available AKBs, ordering a custom AKB and a micro bowie. I received 1 email back period, saying "Kamis had a death in the family so no custom orders for 3 weeks, try later". Understandable. However, what about a regular AKB in stock? No reply at all in 3 other emails. Any regulars here want to sell me one of your AKBs? Getting a little disgruntled to be honest. I've been looking elsewhere although that's not what I want to do but I cannot just send $250+ blindly on a weapon online and expect it to show up.

Has to be some miscommunication here someplace. Yangdu is generally very good about getting customers what they want.
She may have understood you to want a custom and didn't catch the whatever is in inventory part.

Doubt you'll have to spend any where near 250 for an AKB unless it is a custom.
