I live in Israel,small country with quite a few enthusiasts knives,and custom knives manufacturers.
one of the manufacturers known as OJK.
After I saw the works of OJK and really liked the simple lines and practicality (instagram: ojk_knives ),I decided to order a small knife (very small knife) for daily use.
once of thinking about characterization the knife (with an emphasis on the legality of the police), it was decided that the knife would be without nibs.
the knife arrived with strings and coin cut to half, as proof of good thermal process.
I must note that OJK had prepared an amazing knife,which doesn't disappointthe.knife made a total test of daily activities (peeling an orange, creating a feather stick,
opening of packages) and the knife remained sharp down to cutting a piece of paper and shaving...so i decided to do the test a little more harder i took a cardboard boxes cut them to pieces
10pieces-sharp yet.
20pieces-sharp yet.
30pieces-sharp yet.
40pieces-sharp yet,but not shaved still cut a paper.
52pieces-sharp yet,but not shaved and not cut a paper.
a short stropping on leather strop with white pasta and the knife sharp down to cutting a piece of paper and shaving.
