It's not I have a lot of choice. Haven't been home in 6 months. Currently stuck at the Sovreign Port of Departure, Kuwait, and am unable to leave to visit any local businesses, even if they had them. I hope to get some time in Qatar before this tour ends as I know of one kinfe and sword shop in the old souk there.

The hard part is trying to get one from the popular makers; they post them up when we're asleep (10 hour time differential) and they're usually gone before I even get a chance to get excited.

Still, I'll be bringing a nice little collection back with me.

Guilty - but i do enjoy going to my local shop and having a look around/buying something that catches my eye

I rarely shop, too broke lol...I tend to shop with my eyes and make a short list of the knives I most want.

If your doing anything remotely boring (Like I do) shopping on-line is a daily thing.
So where are you when you satisfy your Knife Cravings?
See Poll

I'm often at work 10 or 12 hours a day. If I'm lucky I take a break at lunch instead of eating at my desk.

Don't got time to play except on vacation days like today

At home and at work (which isn't a choice in this poll). Our workplace allows us to use the work computer for personal business while on coffee breaks and at lunch, providing that no inappropriate sites are visited.

If I routinely spend 10+ hours a day at work, then I feel it's okay to occasionally shop during work time. If not, shopping is done at home.

I can't shop at work because of the filtering software. I mostly browse on-line and then make my purchases at a local B&M. I like feeling the knife in hand and seeing if it "speaks to me" before laying out the cash. Many's the blade where I swallowed the on-line koolaide only to find that reality didn't live up to the marketing or reviews (at least to me).

Both at work and at home. Surfing the web at work, along with other freebies, makes up for the lack of other benefits. ;)
