Hi fellow Buck nuts,
Marry Christmas to every one of you. I hope your day was wonderful and that each of you got to spend the day with your family/friends.
This Christmas was a bitter sweet time for our family. You see my father passed away on Saturday....hence bitter sadness at the loss of a truly great and loved man. Sweet that our family pulled together and were able to enjoy this special day....though my Dad was not here physically he sure was here spiritually. I saw him in my siblings and in my children...in their eyes, their moments and their mannerisms. My Dad had the best since of humor and all of us got that from him...and there was plenty of laughter today. The food (recipe's) that was prepared for diner was all learned from Dad's cooking techniques. My advice to each of you is to enjoy every moment you get to spend with your family/friends because life/love/friendship is a gift so use it wisely.
Ok...enough of that!!!! So what cool stuff did you get for Xmas
. It was a wonderful day for me:thumbup: Happy kids and grandkids running around and enjoying each other!!!!
I got some cool stuff today.....You see that wonderful lady who shares her life with me.....got into my computer
and searched out a member of our Buck forum fraternity
. That's right she was sneaking around behind my back and even made email contact on the sly with one of my BBBF's
:grumpy:. You see this was not a one time affair....No...it went on and on...many emails....Was there a fox in my hen's house???? LOL...they were working on finding me a Buck knife for my collection that I would like and did not have!!!!! I am the proud owner of a new Buck Intrepid
 It's too cool for school!!!!! Now will the BBBF who worked with my little lady to pull off this surprise please stand up!!!!! This was the prize of the day!!! Oh yea....I also got 6 other Buck knives. Sorry guys I'm keeping this little lady.
