Plain ol' 3/4" dowel rod. Wrap them with full length strips of sandpaper.

I love my KO Worksharp, the Lansky type systems work well too, and the crock stix things. I recommend trying tons of stuff, I learned alot using all the different sharpening systems and methods through out the years

Can't get much simpler than this. Put a quarter inch binder clip on the spine to hold a consistent angle and have at it. :thumbup:

Yessir, it's very close to 22 degrees. It will have one shaving in short order. :thumbup:
