A friend just told me that there is a study that shows that during time change there is a 5 % increase in heart attacks !!!

Have you ever been to Arizona in the summer? There's a real good reason why they don't do DST: the early morning hours are the only time of day that it's even remotely tolerable to be outdoors.

Yeah, the last thing we need is the sun going down at 9pm. It's hot enough at night already.

What I really hate is that it's going to be dark again in the morning when I get up for work, and it was just getting to where I like it.:grumpy:.
