Here's mine, vintage 80s from Effingham, sterile blade with homemade Oak scales rescued from an office chair and re-purposed to replace the Paracord wrap that the EK came with.

I think the .44 mag needs a good cleanin'.

I got the Kabar EK model 13 it’s beautiful, though as people have mentioned there is some guard play on this model too but I will use that floss trick. Edit: I just got the knife out of its storage case and the guard is no longer loose....weird but good!
