I've been eyeing the Combat Bowie for some time now, and I know that I really want one, but I have a bit of a delima. This guy, right in the middle.

My Condor Dundee Bowie, which is a great knife, but I just can't justify another big chopper. Any suggestions? I'm just trying to fill in any gaps in my working knife collection, and I can't not have a Bk9, lol. Thanks!

You'll also be able to baton through Cars.
Cars have been pretty cheeky lately and need to be taught a lesson.

Which do you prefer the handle on the condor or the 10? If the 10 then get the 9 and sell the condor. If the condor then... You're wrong and you need to sell the condor and get the 9.

The BK9 is a lot more than a typical large chopping knife. It chops better than most while also being fairly well suited for smaller work. It might just be the best 9" bladed knife on the market.

After I put a hair popping convex edge on mine it's significantly BETTER.
Easily the best 9" blade on the market with a convex.
Can baton wood and STILL shave after.

But I already have a big chopper... Still mulling this over. I know I'm getting a 9, just don't know exactly when. Especially now that the RBK is being reintroduced. Choices choices choices.

Buy one now, get the BRK later!
It makes so much sense.

The RBK won't be out for a while. Get a BK9. You need a BK9, you can't not have a 9.

I have no exp with the condor bowie but do have a couple of bushlore knives and they are ok. The heat treat in one is a bit wonky and it loses it's edge faster then the other. As for the 9 I do have one and it is one of the few big blades I have that can still do most jobs. The only other blades I found comparable are the bk4 and possibly the buck hoodlum( don't shot me lol) the 9 does out preform them though.

I would auggest buy the 9 and if you don't love it sell it on the forums and if you do love it sell the condor
