OK I'm stumped!

Try wrapping your very,very clean blades in kiln foil put a small piece of cigarette paper in with it.seal the edges w/a roller or such.When it is in the heat treat oven,the cig.,paper w/burn off any remaining oxeygen.Blade should come out fairly clean.Note,wrap blades individually.Foil is available from most knifemakers supply houses.
